Prince George’s County entered a community-based public-private partnership (P3) known as the Clean Water Partnership (CWP), to manage 15,000 acres of polluted stormwater by 2025 while also creating opportunities for local Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) to perform the work and build capacity. The CWP is designing and installing stormwater management Best Management Practices (devices) throughout the County to help meet MS4 requirements.
Assedo Consulting is developing outreach strategies for each site under construction. Team members identify and educate stakeholders, elected officials, business owners and communities adjacent to the projects under construction.
