MNCPPC has identified the Morgan Boulevard area as ripe for redevelopment in the coming years. This project identified future land use opportunities, analyzed economic development opportunities, and provided recommendations to the County for regional growth.
Assedo worked with the County and project team to identify and contact project stakeholders, coordinate meetings with County leaders, and schedule and facilitate public meetings.
