Position: Constituent Outreach Representative

Responsibilities: My responsibilities include building and maintaining long term client relationships, addressing customer concerns regarding the current project in their area and attending meetings with the construction staff or project team to discuss anything new and upcoming. I also maintain customer inquiries in Monday.com to ensure a timely response to their questions, as well as create reports for review and discussion.

Background: I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies from West Virginia University that emphasizes Business Administration, Communication Studies and Event Planning. I have over 10+ years’ experience in customer relations as well as great attention for detail and strong organizational skills.
