Position: Senior Utility Advisor/Project Manager

Responsibilities: I oversee, manage and advise on a variety of large electric and gas utility projects.  I work with the client utility team to support all necessary aspects of outreach and engagement from pre-construction and permitting through construction.  These projects span Baltimore City and surrounding counties including Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Carroll, Anne Arundel, and Prince George’s.

Background: I am a seasoned outreach professional with more than 35 years of experience working in various roles for Baltimore Gas and Electric. I retired from BGE in 2022 as the Senior Manager of Large Projects, where I was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including elected officials, local and state environmental agencies, the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC), community leaders and developers.  I grew up in Towson, Maryland and havelived in Fallston, Maryland for the last 30 years.  I am married with two adult children who are both teachers and a granddaughter who also keeps mebusy.  My favorite place to spend spare time is at the beach in Ocean City, Maryland.
