Planner & GIS Specialist
Lauren Campbell, Assedo’s Planner and Geographic Information System (GIS) Specialist, is a transportation planner with experience in traffic systems, community outreach, and workforce development services to state and local agencies. During her educational career, she has completed extensive research on the economic impacts of land use, as well as Master Bicycling Plans to vitalize biking culture. She serves as Assedo’s GIS analyst, providing mapping, data management and spatial analysis services.
As a supporter of education and development, Ms. Campbell has worked with students at The Department of Urban and Environmental Planning at Arizona State University located in Tempe, AZ, where she mentored and cultivated students in the Planning field through courses including: Environmental Law, Planning Law and Urban Design and Theory.
Possessing a Masters degree in Urban and Environmental planning, Ms. Campbell knows what it means to be ethical and understand that she has a responsibility to the public to be conscious of the rights of others and always have a special concern for not only the short-term but long-term range of consequences of present actions.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys playing league kickball, swimming and adventure sports including sky diving and ATVing.
